Angel Faculty Advisor Open Lab
Target audience: Faculty
Faculty Advisor: Kimberly Thomas

Time: 10:30 am - 1:30 pm
Faculty Advisor Kimberly Thomas will be available at the FSC to work one on one with Faculty on how to implement and get courses ready for Angel.
Note: Faculty advisors are also available to schedule one-on-one sessions for up to one hour per week on mutually agreed times. Check with the FSC or contact the Faculty Advisor directly for more information.

Learn how to use the features of the LSCS Faculty website. In this session, we will give you an overview of the available features and help you to become familiar with the LSCS website tool, WordPress.

Create Exams and Activities: Respondus and StudyMate
Target audience: Faculty
Presenter: FSC
Location: LB-203 (FSC Lab)
Time: 2:30 - 4 pm
This workshop is hands on and faculty will work with Respondus to create assessments and StudyMate to create various types of flash based learning activities. Newly created assessments and activities will be published into an eCollege Vista section or template.

This workshop will provide targeted, topic specific training and resources to that found in the ANGEL boot camp overview course in a shorter amount of time. This course is designed for faculty already certified in ANGEL through the online teaching certificate course: Faculty Orientation to Online Teaching. Quality Matters (QM): Applying the QM Rubric

This training introduces participants to the Quality Matters Process and Rubric. The facilitator guides participants through a series of activities designed to promote understanding of the Design Standards including hands-on experiences in applying these standards to a review of an online course.
